KADUNA STATE POLYTECHNIC- KADPOLY SCHOOL FEE PAYMENT BEGINS FOR 2012/2013!!

The Kaduna State Polytechnic(KADPOLY), wishes to inform all Students for the 2012/2013 academic session that the Tuition fee payment has begun for the speculated session. See details below: 

PORTAL USER GUIDELINES

All Candidates (applicants/students) paying fees for the 2012/2013 Academic Session are to carefully read the below guidelines and click the portal link below to begin Fee Payment.

STEP 1 : Log into the portal, as student, Click on the School Fees Payment menu

STEP 2 : Select session and Click on ‘Check Fees’

STEP 3 : Page displays breakdown of school fees payment

STEP 4 : Check the box to select either ‘Part Payment of 70%’ or ‘Full Payment’ payment options

STEP 5 : Click on ‘Generate Pin’

STEP 6 : Print ‘Payment Receipt’ and goto any of the designated collecting banks

STEP 7 : Make Payment – Goto any of the banks, fill the deposit slip (write your reference code on the top of the slip) and make payment. (Obtain a Virtual Pin Receipt from the bank, it costs =N= 1,000.00 )

STEP 8 : Go back and Log in to Portal, Enter the ‘Reference Code’ into appropriate box

STEP 9 : Click on ‘Pay Fees’ button (immediately a receipt is generated for student)

STEP 10 : TO PRINT RECEIPT (i.e ‘School Receipt’ and ‘SUG Receipt’ )

 a) Select session whose receipt you want to print.

 b) Click on ‘Check Fees’ button

 c) Fees breakdown is displayed, select option to Print ‘School Fee Receipt’ and ‘SUG Receipt’ .
