FUTO SUPPLEMENTARY FORMS FOR 2012/2013 SESSION NOW AVAILABLE FOR FREE - DOWNLOAD IT HERE

It was reported last week that The Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), intended to charge a whole N10,000 for the purchase of its Supplementary Admission Forms. I have just been informed  from the school that, whether or not they initially had the intention to sell the forms, that the FUTO supplementary admission form is now available FOR FREE. 

Interested candidates who made FUTO their first and second choices, who must have sat for the 2012/2013 Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (PUTME) in FUTO, and who scored a minimum of 180 in the FUTO PUTME can now apply through the following process:

 1. Click here todownload the futo supplementary admission application form

 2. Print, fill and Sign the Supplementary Admission.

 3. Submit the completed Supplementary Admission form not later than Tuesday, 11th September, 2012 to the Admissions Unit, Registry Annex, Federal University of Technology, Owerri with photocopies of the following items:

 a. Jamb Result Slip (if you don't have the original one with your passport on it, click here to get it)

 b. FUTO Post-UTME Result slip

 c. WAEC/NECO

 In completing the supplementary forms, please, take note of the following information on the various departments and their minimum average cut-off requirements:

 3. PETROLEUM ENGINEERING - NO SUPPLEMENTARY

 Please, note again:

1. That before the above average cut-off scores can be used the candidate shall have made a minimum of 180 in JAMB and the FUTO Post-UTME for Departments in SAAT, SMAT, SOET and SOHT and 200 each in JAMB and Post-UTME for Departments in SEET and SOSC;

2. That candidates should not complete the forms into more than one (1) department as this will attract automatic disqualification.

3. That candidates awaiting WAEC/NECO results should not apply
