FUTO TO INTRODUCE MEDICAL SCHOOL SOON

It is reported that The Federal University Of Technology Owerri (FUTO) is set to include Medicine into its curriculum. This information was disclosed by the University’s Vice Chancellor Prof. Asiabaka when the senate committee on education led by Sen. Chukwumerije visited the institution as part of their oversight functions sometime in mid October 2012.

He also disclosed that the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Owerri will be used as its teaching hospital for now.
